Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the following countries: Unted Arba Emirates.
  • For international shipping, delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination. Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • You can track your shipment through our tracking page or the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  •  Certain items cannot be shipped internationally.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
